Pool Towels
We kindly ask you to make responsible use of the towels, thus contributing to the protection of the environment and the sustainable use of hotel resources.
Collection and return
- Upon arrival, you will receive at Reception a card that can be exchanged for a pool towel.
- The card must be presented at the pool area to collect the towel.
- Used towels can be exchanged at the pool area during the designated hours.
- On the day of departure, you must return the towel at the pool area and receive a card, which must be handed in at Reception during check-out.
If the card is not returned, a charge of €25 per towel will be applied.
Outside the towel exchange hours, towels will be available at Reception.
Opening hours
High season:10:00 to 14:00 h.
15:00 to 18:00 h.
Low season:10:30 to 14:00 h.
To help protect the environment, towels are changed every 3 days, unless an earlier change is necessary.
Use of sun loungers
To ensure fair use of the facilities, reserving sun loungers is not permitted by leaving personal belongings on them.
Towels on balconies
Please do not hang towels on the balconies. Use the drying rack provided in your room to help maintain the hotel's well-kept appearance.
